each item of the application form and the cover letter.

031st interview
The 1st interview evaluates whether the applicant has sufficient
ability, passion, strategic thinking ability, practical ability,
personality, etc. to perform the actual job.

042nd interview
It is an in-depth interview for those who have passed the 1st
interview (with working-level staff), evaluating personality,
future potential, growth value, etc.

05Final round
Those who have passed the 2nd interview (with executives) will
be scheduled to join TAEIL TECH Co., Ltd. as employees and will
receive OT and OJT training to work in our company without any
problem.
